(Bilde 1).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Arepas av maismel. (Bilde 2).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Coctail del Camaron, med reker, maojones, ketchup, salt, pepper, lime, chili og koriander. (Bilde 3). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Jeg lagde også Guacemole, rekesaus av olivenolje, pressa sitron med sitronskall. (Bilde 4). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Det ble Corona og rødvin til! Han syntes det var kjempe godt, og jeg var mer skeptisk. Litt rar parfyrmert smak, men kan hende jeg synes det er bedre neste gang.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For de som ikke vet hva Baklava er så er det småkaker i flere lag og veldig søte fra Tyrkia/Hellas eller andre land ved Middelhavet. (Bildet er fra Samurai). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Alle tre stedene har veldig god sushi, men favoritten så langt er kanskje fra Samurai. Ser det ikke godt ut da? &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Vi burde kanskje lage sushi selv, har gjort det noen ganger og det har blitt kjempe godt.. Jeg har prøvd ca 5 ganger nå og nesten fått det til som det smake i Thailand, på Koh Lanta. Men jeg har ikke fått den til 100%, men skal nok prøve mere. For banan yoghurt milkshake og banan milkshake er kjempe godt! Er du glad i bananer, og kanskje ikke også.. tror jeg du vil like den. :) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Jeg har hatt i litt forskjellige, prøver meg litt frem.. men.. dæssjer litt oppi av: moden banan, yoghurt (prøvd med vanilje, men tror jeg skal prøve med melon og naturell også), isbiter, juice, melk og kanskje litt sukker om man vil. Bunnen kan du jo også kjøpe ferdig i butikken. Har du ikke paiform er det veldig billige på Ikea. :) Når vi lagde denne brukte vi ingen oppskrift, men det finnes mange enkle og gode oppskrifter på nettet. Det er bare å google. Det skal være en løs deig. Ta deigen med en spiseskje og lag små hauger på en stekeplate med bakepapir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Midt i ovnen på 230C i ca 20 minutter. Det var veldig gøy og interessant og være med på. Vi lærte ikke bare å lage Thai mat, men også Thai skikker innen mat. Spennende! :) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Her kommer noen bilder fra kokke kurset. På grunn av eksamen, juleferie og Thailand tur har jeg hatt liten tid til å skrive. Det jeg da kan åpne med er et innlegg fra Thailand og den thailandske kjempe gode maten! Jeg og min samboer Arne var to deilige uker på Koh Phi Phi, Koh Lanta og Khao Lak, hvor vi spiste alle måltider ute og nøt disse for det fulleste. Vi prøvde ut mange forskjellige retter, men falt også for noen som vi spiste igjen. Jeg falt spesielt for "Spicy Chicken Thai Salad" som er veldig sterk, men det er også mye lime i den som gjør den også søt og syrlig! Deilig, den anbefales. Skal nok prøve å lage den hjemme en gang, så da burde en oppskrift komme her. :) &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Jeg legger ikke ut noen oppskrifter her nå, men bare noen bilder fra noen av lunsjene/middagene våres. Tiger reker, muslinger, krabbe, thai suppe, drage frukt og kokosnøtt juice. Og det litt dårlige bildet til slutt, Laab Gai, sterk kylling salat. Det ble handlet inn masse deilig mat og drikke. Lillesøster til Arne, Berit kom også. Det ble en kveld med full pakke!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Forrett:&lt;/strong&gt; Avodaco med lakserogn/creme fraish med dill og hvitvin så klart. Jeg husker ikke akkurat slag vin vi drakk denne kvelden, men jeg tror det gikk ned en Riesling og en Sancerre! &lt;strong&gt;Hovedrett:&lt;/strong&gt; Krabbe og ferske reker med hjemmelaget aioli og hviltøk og chilisaus. Til &lt;strong&gt;etterrett&lt;/strong&gt; spiste vi forskjellige gode oster med "dipper" til. Honning med hasselnøtt var kjempe godt til. Vi hadde også &lt;strong&gt;dessert&lt;/strong&gt;, halloween oransje kake og kaffe til slutt, sammen med litt mango og papaya som &lt;strong&gt;snaks&lt;/strong&gt;. Du kan tro jeg var mett den kvelden. Deilig deilig mat! Men må innrømme at den nye sjokoladen &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;fra&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Freia&lt;/span&gt;, Melkedrøm  med bringebær og yoghurt var ganske god. :) Andre som har smakt den? La det stå noen dager før man bruker for at garnityren skal ha trukket seg godt inn i oljen. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Gøy og koselig å lage, og godt å spise til mange forskjellige matretter. Grunnet til det er vel at vi er studenter og prisen på Sushi bar er litt høyere. Men vi fant ut grunnen til at det er dyrere på Sushi bar. Maten var mer forseg gjort, så mere delikat ut og det var mye bedre service der. Sushien smakte veldig godt og 400kr for et stort fat for to er jo en ok pris. :) På fatet var det er variasjon av maki, nigiri og sashimi + rogn og sauser! Nam! Vi koste oss veldig og det var verdt besøket. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;God lørdagskveld! Pleier å ta omtrent like mye av hver.&lt;br /&gt;Vil tippe ca 1 "vanlig" bit ingefær, 1-2 kinahvitløk (sånne uten fedd) eller tilsvarende mengde med vanlig hvitløk, og litt mer chili enn du tror, kanskje 3-4, men ta ut frøene. Evt kan du bruke Habanero i stedet for chili, men maks 1. 1 blir veldig sterkt:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ha dette i en kjele med 2-3 terninger grønnsaksbuljong og litt vann. La det koke i minst 15 minutter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hoveddel:&lt;br /&gt;Hell i to store bokser (400ml) med kokosmelk. Kan bruke light kokosmelk, men blir ikke like godt :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ta i en spiseskje eller to med grønn curry paste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tillegg kan du ha i en spiseskje av kyllingfond/hønsebuljong, thai-fiskesaus og sweetchili-saus. Det er ikke noe krise om du ikke har alt. Skulle jeg velge ut noe ville det vært kyllingfond/hønsebuljong. Kok opp.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Press 1-2 og lime i suppa. Her må du smake til så man blir "kvitt" den utprega kokossmaken.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kutt opp 650g (?) kyllingfilet i passe store biter. Jeg liker de litt store da de virker litt saftigere. Kok til kyllingen nærmer seg ferdig. Smak så til med salt, lime og eventuelt mer hvitløk/ingefær/chili.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kutt opp 1 brokkoli, 3 gulerøtter i tynne strimler og 2 løk. Hjemmebakt brød, avocado skiver, majones, agurk, fersk basilikum og tørka tomater. Med litt av den spesielle salatdressing på toppen. :)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ha en fin kveld! Man kan også ta i tomatpurre eller chillisaus. Hakke opp alt sammen i ganske små biter og ha det i en kjele med litt vann i. Sist uke fikk jeg og Arne besøk av besteforeldrene og søsteren hans, så da tenkte jeg at jeg skulle bake noe godt. Og vistnok veldig enkelt. Eplekake er jo bare å lage en røre, putte det i en kakeform og legge epler oppå. Super enkelt. Her kommer to enkle tilbehør retter. Men man må ikke bruke så lang tid på den, og den er veldig enkel å lage. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Suppekjøttet kan være billig kjøtt som feks oksebog, og kok gjerne kjøttet med fett og bein for bedre smak, dette kan fjernes senere. Forskjellige rotgrønnsaker som potet, gulrot,kålrot, sellerirot, løk, purreløk, hva man måtte ønske egentlig. Alt kuttes opp i terninger og puttes i en stor kjele/gryte med vann. Koke med salt og pepper og andre krydder/urter man måtte ønske til kjøttet er mørt og grønnsakene er myke. Denne gangen lot jeg meg &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;friste&lt;/span&gt; til å kjøpe en drikk som heter firefly - &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;detox&lt;/span&gt; med smak av sitron, lime og ingefær. Denne tørstedrikken har man kanskje ikke over alt og den koster jo litt mer (25kr). Så da tenkte jeg at jeg kan skrive om den her til advarsel eller tips for dere som kanskje har sett den før og har hatt lyst på men ikke kjøpt den. :) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Jeg synes den var veldig god! Den smakte veldig mye, surt og bitter. Jeg lager ofte &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;smoothie&lt;/span&gt; og somregel har jeg i banan(noen bruker yoghurt) for litt mer &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;fylde&lt;/span&gt; og stivelse på &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;smoothien&lt;/span&gt;. Men denne gangen brukte jeg bare &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;frukten&lt;/span&gt; og appelsinjuice. Fordi noen ganger stjeler bananen veldig mye av smaken, og jeg ville &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;få&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;frem&lt;/span&gt; mango og pæresmaken &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;mere&lt;/span&gt; denne gangen. Friske urter er så uendelig mye bedre en tørket. Feks koriander smaker mye mye bedre frisk og det blir en helt annen smak en når den er tørket. Selvom tørket kan brukes til mye god smak også da. :)  &lt;p&gt;Jeg har to selvvannende potter som er kjempe fine til urter som trenger mye vann hver dag. De må vannes litt innimellom da ikke alle urter er like flinke til å suge opp vannet.  Men stilige og supre. Anbefales og kjøpe. Man får kjøpt de på butikker som glassmagasinet og tilbords. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Jeg har egentlig planer om å kjøpe inn litt jord og så noen urter selv også. Noe som ennå ikke har blitt gjort, men jeg har ennå tid. Leiligheten vi bor i nå er super med masse vinduer på alle solsider som gir mye lys til urter og andre planter. Men jeg har sådd litt karse. :) Det er jo veldig enkelt. En pose karse frø, bomull, en skål og vann. To tre dager, vips! karse til å ha på brødskiva! Veldig enkelt! Eller smakt for meg. Men jeg er glad for at jeg har laget den. Neste gang jeg skal lage den blir nok &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;mere&lt;/span&gt; på egen &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;feeling&lt;/span&gt; uten oppskrift. Mindre vann og &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;mere&lt;/span&gt; potet kanskje, og flere typer grønnsaker som &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;feks&lt;/span&gt; gulrot. =) Den var enkel å lage uten for mange rare &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;indigrienser&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Brødet er hjemmelaget av Arne, veldig godt. Man føler seg mer mett og trenger ikke så mange skiver om gangen av hjemmelaget. Det er bare tiltaket med å gjøre det. Men vi tenkte vi skulle prøve å ta en dag i uka og lage 4 brød, putte i &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;fryseren&lt;/span&gt; å ta &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;frem&lt;/span&gt; da man trenger. =) &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_10" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Får&lt;/span&gt; håpe vi klarer å &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_11" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;fortsette&lt;/span&gt; med dette da. :D&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Uansett, jeg ble fornøyd og Arne ble fornøyd! Det ble vegetar i dag.. man kan jo &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_12" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;feks&lt;/span&gt; ta i eller til litt stekte bacon biter, kylling biter eller &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_13" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;anna&lt;/span&gt; kjøtt hvis man føler for det. Jeg hadde også med en liten nyhet fra tine. Yoghurt med melon og pasjonsfruktsmak. Veldig god! Fornøyd med lunsjen min. ;) Er ikke laptop lunsjboksen min fin? Anbefales til de som vil ha med litt andre ting til lunsjen innimellom. Ok jeg hadde litt snadder i skapet i dag, det er jo ikke alltid man har slike rester. Den er namnam og anbefales på det sterkeste til å prøve i salat. Lag den i feks en slik jeg har bilde av her.
